WTP operates in a niche space within Zurich and Cover-More Group, providing Travel Risk Management services on behalf of our clients to travellers worldwide.

So, what’s the job?
The Director of Global Provider Networks role is responsible for the functional network provider strategy, global network quality, operational performance and financial outcomes of network partnerships. The role is responsible for the delivery performance of global provider network and has overarching accountability for our global cost containment initiatives
- You’ll lead the creation of a Global Network Operating Model, establishing best-in-class process and protocols to deliver a superior customer experience.
- You’ll lead and manage all functions across the global provider network to ensure quality control, appropriate medical governance and enhancing both the customer experience and brand reputation.
- You’ll formulate strategies and continuous improvements to ensure Global Network Management (GNM) is strategically aligned to the roll out of WTP’s Global Operating Model and overarching vision and roadmap of the Cover-More Group.
- You’ll have fiscal responsibility and control of OPEX for global network teams around audits, travel, conferences and consultancy expenses in line with budgetary constraints and company policy.
- You’ll work with Risk and Compliance, and the Medical leadership team to maintain and improve compliance and risk frameworks across the network divisions of the business.
- You’ll establish productive relationships with network leaders and teams globally to create consistency in the delivery, execution and engagement of Global Providers.
- You’ll offer solutions to provider network issues that are affecting or may affect the delivery of service to our customers and/or other WTP members.
- You’ll support for continual improvement across network and related line of business functions.
- You’ll work with the Salesforce team on enhancements to the Global care network database.
- You’ll be responsible for provider account management, including; oversight of service delivery, support for issue resolution in consultation with relevant management, relationship management, contractual negotiations and support for escalations or complaints.
- You’ll support protocols and processes; development, revisions and implementation.

- You’ll have prior experience in the same or similar role.
- You’ll have assistance industry experience, or experience in managing operational teams across multiple sites.
- You’ll have the ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening and decision-making skills (Critical thinking).
- You’ll have the ability to consistently deliver results in a high pressure, fast-paced professional services environment.
- You’ll have a demonstrated ability to work proactively with staff to constantly identifies areas for improvement within the operational structure and organisation as a whole.
- You’ll have a successful track record of network service delivery.
