About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Clerical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Management: Manage and respond to enquiries, redirecting them where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain, create, and update computerized records and manual filing systems with high accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Research and Information Provision: Conduct research and provide information to stakeholders using appropriate systems, ensuring all queries are answered promptly and accurately.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support the team's operations, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to QCF Level 3-5 or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a busy administrative environment, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Security Clearance: Offers for this role will be subject to police vetting.
