Digital Marketing Specialist

Project People is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies for Home Broadband, ensuring comms requirements are supported and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Home Broadband, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop sales-driving creative across various media and channels specific to Home Broadband.
- Assist with media planning and budget tracking for Home Broadband performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Work with the brand and retail marketing teams to deliver effective, integrated Home Broadband marketing communication plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and report results against key objectives, such as sign-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Experience in communications planning, creative development, or media execution, with a focus on supporting campaigns for Home Broadband or related industries.
- Experience working with creative or media teams to support the delivery of Home Broadband marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of media budgeting and cost management with a willingness to develop numerical skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new trends in performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset – an interest in working with data and insights to inform marketing decisions specific to driving Home Broadband sign-ups and customer retention.
- Curiosity about the modern media landscape and an understanding of how different channels drive business outcomes, with a focus on learning and development in digital and social media marketing.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in Home Broadband product marketing.
- Keen attention to detail.
