Position Overview

As a Financial Record Specialist at Inflection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial documentation and facilitating seamless financial operations within the company. This position is ideal for a meticulous professional eager to contribute to a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records related to various projects.
  • Accurately process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Oversee payroll management while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
  • Support the finance team with diverse ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Manage payment processing and bank account transactions.
  • Enhance and refine finance-related processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP financial system.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
  • Preferred qualifications include ACCA or a similar bookkeeping certification.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of customer service at all times.
  • Proficiency in handling numerical data.
  • Confidence in data management and analysis.
