The Post Producer is a key member of the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden team, responsible for managing productions through the facility. This includes liaising with clients and working with internal departments to deliver feature films and high-end episodic television to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution while providing a first-class customer experience.
- Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including reading technical specifications, onboarding processes, and quality control workflows.
- Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, actively assisting in the sales process.
- Manage schedules of creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
- Workflow management and presentation of workflows to key clients, including at pre-production meetings.
- Experience as a Post Producer/Post Production Manager on Studio Level Features and high-end TV Drama.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film and episodic television post-production processes and industry-standard deliverables.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including outstanding client-handling skills and experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work on own initiative and proactively handle day-to-day client service matters.
- To work efficiently as part of a team, with an eagerness to motivate and get involved.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in difficult situations.
- A logical and fast approach to problem-solving.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety, and their impact on staff.
- Understanding of the importance of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.
This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD/your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
