Are you an experienced and dynamic Leader/Supervisor ready to contribute to our team? We are currently in search of a skilled Store Operations Manager to enhance success and growth in this essential position.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Store Operations Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in driving growth within our operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of colleagues, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of store sales and profitability through effective operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a safe, legal, and high-performing store while taking overall responsibility during your shifts.
- Support the Store Manager in executing all store operations, objectives, and KPIs.
- Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering a motivated and empowered workforce through an engaging management style.
- Conduct performance and absence management as necessary.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring colleague safety and stock/cash security during shifts.
- Perform cash reconciliations, handle voids and refunds, and manage other essential tasks for till colleagues.
- Lead by example, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that distinguishes us from competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote the store by identifying and acting on opportunities to engage with the local community.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and processes.
Required Skills:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a food retail or similar fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to achieving and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Able to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Capable of making informed decisions and taking appropriate actions.
- Committed to fostering collaborative teamwork.
