Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Operations Leader will play a crucial role in driving growth within the company-owned Buckley location. As a key member of the 'Store Operations' team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a team of staff. You will be part of the Store Manager's leadership group, ensuring top-notch customer service and contributing to achieving store sales and profitability through our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Store Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing store while taking overall responsibility during your shiftsSupporting the Store Manager in achieving all operational goals and key performance indicatorsCoaching and mentoring team members, fostering a motivated and empowered workforce through an engaging management approachManaging performance and attendance as necessaryOverseeing the opening and closing of the store, ensuring colleague safety and accountability for stock and cashConducting cash reconciliations, processing voids and refunds, and other management tasks for till staffLeading by example and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that distinguishes us from competitorsCollaborating with colleagues to enhance store visibility by identifying and acting on opportunities to engage with the local communityAdhering to all company policies, procedures, and operational processesRequired Skills:
Prior management or supervisory experience in a food retail or similar fast-paced environmentDedicated to achieving and maintaining outstanding customer service standardsAble to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasksStrong communication and influencing skills at all levelsCapable of making informed decisions and taking appropriate actionsCommitted to fostering collaborative teamworkEnthusiastic, adaptable, and possessing a positive outlookDedicated to personal development and applying learning to enhance performanceWhat We Offer:
