About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Marston's PLC.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be accountable for running the line during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef to drive culinary innovation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team, providing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
