National Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to join our team.
We are a leading provider of care and support services to vulnerable adults, and we are committed to delivering high-quality services that promote the well-being and independence of our service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, promoting person-centred support, and ensuring that our services are delivered in accordance with our company values and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of training programs for staff
- Lead the team in promoting the well-being, safety, and quality of life of our service users
- Monitor and assist the effective delivery of group and individual activities within our services
- Ensure effective liaison with external parties, including local authorities and other stakeholders
- Work in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures, as well as national minimum standards
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification
- Experience of leading, supervising, and motivating a team
- Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Experience in multisite management
