About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our growing team at Energi People. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the engineering sector, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate PQQs and tender submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and bid-related procedures to maintain high-quality submissions.
  • Develop non-technical responses, including case studies, CVs, and references, to showcase our clients' expertise.
  • Liaise with contributors to ensure they meet submission deadlines and provide feedback on submission status.
  • Organize and maintain high-quality submission documents, including graphics and flowcharts, to enhance our clients' proposals.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with document management systems and knowledge management to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ability to create engaging and professional written content to showcase our clients' expertise.
