Bid Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join its team. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and production of PQQ and Tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Proposal Management: Manage PQQs in-line with the level of experience and complexity of the bid, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company procedures.
- Submission Coordination: Ensure all bid-related information is accurately managed and up-to-date, maintaining auditable records of actions and progress.
- Content Development: Initiate and produce non-technical written responses for submissions, including references, case studies, CVs, and project experience.
- Team Collaboration: Support contributors with content development and responses, assessing whether questions are being answered and ensuring timely completion.
- Document Management: Maintain, organize, and collate documents and supporting information for each proposal, ensuring high-quality information is readily available.
- Finalization and Delivery: Create the final publication and ensure the bid is delivered to the client on time, either via hard copy or electronic portal.
- Document Control: Maintain a complete record of the submission for future review or scrutiny, supporting administration with document controlling duties.
- Over two years' experience in working in a bidding or similar environment.
- Strong administration skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience of working within the bidding or similar process.
- Experience in creating and handling graphic images for inclusion in submission documents, using software packages such as Microsoft and Adobe.
- IT literacy and confidence, with experience of MS Office software, particularly Word.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
