Job Title: Site Manager

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Site Manager to support a large project in London Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAT A+ fit outs with internal refurbishment and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Lead a team of construction professionals
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and budget

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
  • Experience on a similar type of project required
  • Competent basic use of construction software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership preferred
