We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Skincare Expert at Kiehl's Skin Pro Boutique in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized skincare consultations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet prospective customers, providing empathetic and expert skincare advice to help them achieve their skincare goals.
  • Proactively approach customers to offer personalized skincare consultations, sharing your knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations.
  • Build loyalty with our customers by contacting them to follow up on their skincare routine and inviting them to sample new products.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by offering ideas to strengthen the business and supporting our 'Kiehl's Gives' mission.
