Kiehl's Beauty Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at Kiehl's. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Ageing Facials & Express-skin boosting pressure point face massages.
  • Meet and greet prospective clients in store to have skin consultations, listening to their needs, and sharing expertise and product knowledge.
  • Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience.
  • Share your knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations with individuals, educating customers to focus on wellbeing and nurturing their skin.

Support and Development:

  • Induction training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and Peers.
  • Access to modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care.
  • Quarterly team trainings to introduce new launches, skin application techniques and play with all our new iconic products
