Kiehl's Beauty Therapist

Are you passionate about skincare and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Kiehl's, a leading luxury skincare brand.

Your Mission

  • You will use your beauty qualifications and expertise to carry out a range of treatments, including Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, and Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Ageing Facials.
  • You will be passionate about luxury skincare, wellbeing, and delivering exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and demonstrating empathy.
  • You will meet and greet prospective clients in store, providing skin consultations, sharing expertise and product knowledge, and educating customers on wellbeing and nurturing their skin.
  • You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience, sharing your knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations.

Support and Development

  • You will receive regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers, including a full training induction to support your success.
  • You will attend quarterly team trainings, where you will learn about new launches, skin application techniques, and get to play with our new iconic products.
  • The future is yours - we have many development programs on offer, and we will support your progression if you are interested in progressing into a management role.
