We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and direction of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Hospital Director in leading the service, with responsibility for managing clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Be the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Manage Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital, including project management and deputising for the Hospital Director.
- Report to the Hospital Director, supporting the development and provision of a high-quality and bespoke pathway of care for service users.
- Professional registration is desirable but not essential (e.g., Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work).
- Multiple years of senior management experience in a Mental Health setting.
- Management/leadership training and a willingness to complete our internal leadership training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing Clinical and Operational teams and creating a positive working environment.
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
- Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment.
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations.
- Ability to oversee and deliver site projects.
- Experience in a mental health setting, knowledge of regulatory processes, and the CQC.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation related to the patient group.
- Audit and Compliance experience within a clinical setting.
