Job Title: Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at NHS 24. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to non-clinical staff and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to non-clinical staff, using a variety of different models to deliver high-quality support.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NHS 24 standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register.
  • Extensive post-registration experience, preferably within an acute or primary care setting.
  • Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to provide continuous clinical supervision and leadership.
