Job Purpose

This role requires a senior clinical professional to take on clinical, professional, and managerial responsibility for a designated area of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective clinical practice, adhering to local and national guidelines, and meeting targets.

The post holder will be expected to have a deep understanding of clinical governance and service delivery, with the ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals. They will also be responsible for promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the service.
