Loss Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to our company's claims philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend HNW/VIP clients' residential homes or commercial properties in the event of an escape of water or fire damage claim.
- Complete the first visit and manage each loss through to successful completion, including supplier management for an on-going caseload of circa 90 losses.
- Split your working week between site visits and home working to complete administrative tasks.
- Help mentor and guide less experienced team members, and be trusted to be a technical referral point.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a field-based adjusting role and be competent in dealing with escape of water losses and fire damage. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will be dealing with HNW and high-profile customers. A flexible approach to work and adaptability during surge situations are essential. Professional qualifications such as ACILA/ACII are advantageous but not required.
