Loss Adjuster

Independent Appointments is seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our national loss adjusting operation in South East.
This is a challenging role that requires the ability to adjust complex claims, including High Net Worth and Major Losses. You will work from a home base, covering Scotland, and be responsible for maintaining your own portfolio of losses with support from a central point.
As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for providing a quality service to policyholders, brokers, and insurers, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively. You will deal with losses of varying values, up to over £100,000, and have a proven track record of loss adjusting experience in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adjusting complex claims, including High Net Worth and Major Losses
- Maintaining a portfolio of losses with support from a central point
- Providing a quality service to policyholders, brokers, and insurers
- Working from a home base, covering Scotland
Requirements include:
- Proven track record of loss adjusting experience in the field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach
- Previous experience of dealing with HNW and/or Major Loss would be ideal
- Professional qualifications such as ACILA would be advantageous
