Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud and virtualization technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and support IT environments, including network and servers, monitoring systems, change management, and telephone systems.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of on-premise IT systems through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, support, and configure virtualization and cloud solutions.
  • Work on infrastructure issues, providing efficient and timely resolutions.
  • Update the helpdesk system, ensuring all parties are informed of updates, resolutions, or escalations of issues.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical experience managing a Microsoft virtual-based infrastructure, with up-to-date hands-on experience capable of troubleshooting to a high level.
  • 5+ years of technical experience managing cloud environments.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server, Backup Technologies, and Virtualization (Hyper-V). Firewalls, Cisco Switching, iSCSI.
  • Strong skillset within Linux Administration.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networking (TCP/IP), Firewalls, VPN.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
