About the Role

Tomorrow is a pioneering platform that empowers entrepreneurial creativity within the global fashion industry. As a multi-service platform, we provide a range of services including digital, advisory, investment, production, and sales.

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Trade Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering sales targets for our investment brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Planning: Establish and deliver sales targets and KPIs for each investment brand, aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Trade Calendar Management: Develop and implement a weekly trade calendar for each investment brand, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and commercial teams to implement brand strategies and drive sales growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and other analytics tools to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Site Optimization: Monitor product performance and on-site trends to provide recommendations on how to maximize sales while leveraging performance marketing, product merchandising, and commercial offers.
  • Site Proposition: Establish and benchmark site offerings against customer expectations and the retail fashion industry to ensure an always-on, compelling proposition that maximizes conversion rates.
  • Technical Support: Ensure timely escalation of any technical issues on site to the dev team, following proper processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly catch-ups with brands on performance and align on upcoming weekly planned activities.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong commercial mindset and ability to deliver against annual sales targets.
  • Trade Calendar Management: Experience in defining and implementing strong trade calendars and on-site initiatives.
  • Buying and Merchandising: Experience in buying and merchandising is a plus.
  • CRM Strategies: Good understanding of CRM strategies is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of Shopify/Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
