Our Business
AMETEK MRO, a unit of AMETEK Aerospace & Defense, is a global provider of third-party maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services to commercial, regional, and general aviation customers, as well as military, helicopter, and business jet markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Resolve customer queries as they arise, including account queries and warranties.
- Maintain the forward load for dedicated customer accounts, scheduling orders as required, quoting units, and liaising with the commercial manager to highlight any prioritization issues that need to be resolved with the wider team.
- Facilitate the resolution of technical issues between workshops and customers.
- Provide information for queries regarding on-time delivery (OTD) scores as required on a weekly basis.
- Maintain gross margin for assigned customer accounts.
- Communicate customer status reports for assigned accounts that require these.
- Raise work orders for customers as required.
- Scan and file work packs as completed.
