What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. As a natural leader, you'll have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, and be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menus and daily specials.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
