Ebit Intelligent Procurement is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving maximum return for Ebit and its clients by creating, owning, managing, and delivering end-to-end procurement activity.

You will lead and manage procurement activity in all spend categories, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders. This includes preparing activity, conducting research and analysis, defining approach, facilitating the development of specifications, preparing tender documentation, running tender processes, evaluating responses, negotiating, drafting and reviewing contract documents and service levels, supporting implementation, conducting reviews, and managing suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of procurement projects that reflects client and Ebit objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate prioritization and focus is given to projects, and reviewing them constantly.
  • Proactively update and communicate activity progress, including completion of Ebit/client project trackers and savings reports.
  • Maximize savings/benefits delivered for the client, working at an appropriate pace while ensuring quality solutions that drive business improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in senior procurement/commercial roles.
  • Retail and/or Manufacturing industry experience within a procurement role.
  • Commercially astute with a drive for delivery and achieving commercial results.
  • Demonstratable experience and knowledge of procurement best practice and the procurement process.
