About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Finance Analyst to join our team at Newstone Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver insightful enhancements to our financial reporting methodology and provide analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
  • Data Visualization: Utilise tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create compelling visualisations that communicate financial process improvements effectively.
  • Finance Partnerships: Partner closely with finance teams to implement enhanced improvements to ways of working.
  • Business Growth: Play a crucial role in the company's growth by supporting senior leadership during a critical transition period.
Requirements
  • Accounting Qualification: Ideally Part Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
  • Power BI Expertise: Genuine expertise in Power BI or other visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excel Modeling: Good level of Excel modeling ability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with business partnering experience.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
