About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our mission to protect consumers and promote competition in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using Python and SQL for data ingestion and manipulation.
  • Apply analytical tools and techniques for exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Communicate and present solutions in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop other associates across the Financial Resilience Department to provide oversight and support on data initiatives.
