Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinical Practice: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Education and Training: Provide education and training to junior staff members and contribute to the development of clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Registered General Nurse with a Diploma or BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Experience: 18 months post-registration experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
