Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to oversee the onboarding, implementation, and training process to ensure the smooth uptake and usage of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong time management and organization skills, and experience conducting online meetings with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online demos to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
  • Deliver online training to clients on ad-hoc features of our system to ensure they get the most out of our services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set number of accounts, providing excellent levels of service and a solution-based approach to queries.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and work to individual targets to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and client engagement.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients and provide regular reports to ensure companies meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide management reports to give overviews of the success of each client's campaigns.

Requirements

  • Customer Success experience in a software development company.
  • Experience conducting online meetings with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Previous experience in a subscription-based model is highly advantageous.

  • A full-time position with a salary of up to £30,000 + 5k bonus.
