We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly successful Hackney secondary school. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support students with a range of additional needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic potential
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture
- GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience of working with students with a range of additional needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Awareness of issues related to student underachievement and barriers to their learning and participation
