We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our extra care division. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing the daily functions of our care services while ensuring exceptional standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Act as an advocate for the service, engaging with service users and their families in a respectful and individualized manner.
- Implement effective service delivery and maintain robust monitoring systems to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and support to all team members.
- Be prepared to engage in all facets of the role, including assisting with dignified personal care and household tasks.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in service provision, including commissioners, service users, families, and social work teams.
- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training for their roles and have access to continuous professional development opportunities.
- Establish protocols to meet CQC regulations and strive for the highest possible care standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
As a Registered Manager, you will receive:
- Salary of £33,000

We are looking for a Registered Manager who is:
- Fully dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable individuals.

- Having a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the care sector.
- In possession of a full UK driving license.
