Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our Home Care Service team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a central role in supervising a team of Home Care colleagues, ensuring the safe delivery of our day-to-day Home Care service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of Home Care colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and Field Care Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the Home Care Service.
- Support the recruitment and induction of new Home Care colleagues.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide advice and guidance to front-line Home Care colleagues.
- Experience in the care sector, preferably in a team management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience with rostering and scheduling.
- Ability to work 1 in 4 weekends on the on-call rota.
