Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers to help them maximize their potential and independence
- Act as a first point of contact for customers and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support customers in managing their mental health and well-being, promoting positive outcomes and recovery
- Offer one-to-one support and guidance as needed, empowering customers to make informed decisions
- Conduct risk assessments and reviews to ensure customer safety and well-being
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy and dignity
- Deliver group activities and workshops to promote recovery, well-being, and social connections
Requirements
- Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
