We are in search of an experienced HR Business Partner to join a sub-team of four, reporting to the Head of HR, and supporting a large department of approximately 1000 staff members.

In this HR Business Partner role, your responsibilities will encompass a true blend of strategic and operational tasks:

  • Providing value to key stakeholders to support their strategic human resource objectives
  • Advising and coaching leadership and line management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Managing sensitive and complex employee relations casework
  • Overseeing workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive people plans
  • Executing equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across HR and broader Corporate Services on strategic projects and people initiatives

This role requires a true business partner who can operate strategically while managing HR projects and senior stakeholders, alongside addressing day-to-day operational needs.
