Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at iBC Healthcare. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll transactions, including calculating wages, processing tax withholdings, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of payroll transactions, including timesheets, attendance, and overtime.
- Oversee the administration of employee rota systems and payroll records on Sage.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries and issues from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage deductions related to employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
- Update payroll systems with new employee information, changes in employment status, and salary adjustments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to align payroll processes with organizational policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Proven experience using SAGE payroll software is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
