Payroll Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Thomas Jean Associates Ltd in Leicester.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll administration and be proficient in Sage software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls.
  • Process payroll and pension contributions, including setting up new PAYE and pension schemes.
  • Upload pension contributions to various pension providers.
  • Process salary payments and manage auto-enrolment duties and RTI.
  • Manage CIS and year-end payroll procedures, including P60 reporting.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in Sage software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum.
