We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of supplier statements, resolving older queries on Supplier accounts, and providing support to the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts
- Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers
- Provide support as needed for the accounts team
- Assist the payroll manager during "payroll time" and learn how to run all 6 end to end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them
- Responding to payroll queries from colleagues
- Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary
- Updating the HR system with pay changes and administering our Nest Pension Schemes
- 2 years payroll administration experience is essential
- Must have End to end Payroll experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and organize workload
- A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative
