Senior Payroll Administrator

RECfinancial is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a well-established business with a strong reputation in their field.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all areas of payroll are compliant with HMRC, pensions, and other regulatory requirements. This will involve organizing and prioritizing workload, processing payroll, verifying accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions, and handling client communications.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of payroll, including calculations, PAYE/NI thresholds, and pension schemes. Experience with systems such as Sage or Xero would be advantageous. The ability to assist and mentor team members and cover for the Payroll Manager as needed is also essential.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £34,000 DOE, hybrid working arrangements, 32 days holiday, pension, and career progression opportunities.
