We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Recovery Claims Handler. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
* Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial enquiries.
* Communicate with third parties and third-party insurers through letters of claim, telephone calls, and correspondence negotiations to achieve swift settlement.
* Issue court proceedings when necessary and manage litigated claims until settlement or conclusion.
* Ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client \"key performance indicators\" for all claims handled independently.
* Maintain 100% data integrity compliance on the office case management system for all own handled claims.
* Adhere to all financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules to ensure full compliance.
* Identify and maximize fee earning opportunities while prioritizing client recoveries.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using case management systems and other relevant software.
* Familiarity with financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
