Data Analyst Apprenticeship - End Point Assessor
About the Role: We are seeking an independent end-point assessor for Data Analyst Level 4 to play a crucial role in ensuring that apprentices meet the rigorous standards set by employers and are fully competent in their relevant occupation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular training and standardization activities to maintain expertise and ensure consistency in assessment.
- Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Assess candidates in accordance with published criteria, adhering to assessment protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Report all risks and issues encountered during assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Produce high-quality assessment reports and evidence that accurately reflect candidate performance.
- Support Pearson with assessment decision appeals, upholding the integrity of the assessment process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and external quality assurance activities, driving excellence in assessment and education.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Technical expertise in the telecoms industry, with a deep understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment procedures.
- Ability to assess impartially and report risks, maintaining the highest standards of objectivity.
- Capacity to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
