Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Test Engineer to join our team in the Defence sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and fault finding complex electronic systems, including RF and digital PCB modules and microprocessor-based equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and fault find to component level, including environmental testing.
  • Work with the test team on a wide variety of products at PCB, Sub Assembly, General Assembly, and System Levels.
  • Conduct testing & record results accurately ensuring product meets the test schedule parameters prior to delivery.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Experience of testing complex RF and digital PCB modules and microprocessor-based equipment, ideally in a military/defence based organisation or similar environment.
  • Use of both bench test equipment and automated test equipment.
  • Be qualified to at least OND/ONC standard in Electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Be able to communicate accurately on technical issues with internal customers both written and verbal.
  • Be computer literate.
Working Arrangements

This role is full time office based with possible flexible working hours.
