About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Hardware Test Engineer to join our Acacia Engineering team in Reading, UK.

As a key member of our international test engineering teams, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Introduction of Cisco ASIC and RF components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop ATE probe and final test solutions, focusing on test hardware design and equipment management.
  • Collaborate with our local semiconductor test team to optimize test solutions.
  • Work with international teams to ensure seamless integration of test solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of test hardware design and equipment management strategies.
  • Participate in data analysis and STDF analysis tool expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in test development using Accretech or TEL probe test systems.
  • Advantest V93000 ATE experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity issues for testing SERDES and high-speed ADC and DAC circuits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
