About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join our Acacia Engineering team in Reading, UK.

As a key member of our semiconductor test team, you will work closely with international test engineering teams to drive the New Product Introduction of Cisco ASIC and RF components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop ATE probe and final test solutions, focusing on test hardware design and equipment management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test solutions and improve overall efficiency.
  • Utilize expertise in Accretech or TEL probe test systems to drive test development and implementation.
  • Analyze data using STDF analysis tools and Python to inform test solution design and optimization.
  • Contribute to a motivated and experienced team, driving innovation and excellence in test development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in test development, with a strong background in Accretech or TEL probe test systems.
  • Advantest V93000 ATE experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
