About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Direction Manager to lead our creative team and drive the visual direction of our marketing and branding projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating customer-led concepts, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts for various marketing and branding projects, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and campaigns, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring that all elements align with the creative concept and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a successful art director, advertising creative, or a similar role, preferably within an in-house creative agency or the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and ideas.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts to stakeholders.
