About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Art Direction Manager to lead our creative team and drive the visual direction of our marketing and branding projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating customer-led concepts, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts and visual direction for marketing and branding projects
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and creatives to deliver high-quality work
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other internal teams to understand project objectives and develop creative solutions
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into subsequent presentations and assets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a successful art director, advertising creative, or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and ideas
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
