About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Art Direction Manager to lead our creative team and drive the visual direction of our marketing and branding projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating customer-led concepts, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative concepts and visual direction for marketing and branding projects
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to develop compelling content
  • Supervise a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
  • Ensure all creative projects adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a successful art director, advertising creative, or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and ideas
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
