Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Lead Operations Manager within our Surgery Care Group. This position is crucial for overseeing various surgical specialties and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and a commitment to enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Operational Service Managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensuring effective management of a diverse portfolio of surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Urology, Breast, Trauma & Orthopaedics, and Vascular services.
  • Collaborating closely with senior management and clinical leaders to drive service improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing key transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
