At Freedom Leisure, we are seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to join our team. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children and adults, as well as assisting with the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds.

We offer a friendly working environment that brings lots of variety every day. Our team is passionate about teaching in our local communities and we believe it is essential to encourage children and adults of all ages and abilities to develop water confidence, water skills, and improve their swimming techniques.

We will provide training for the right candidates to gain Swim England Level 1 & Level 2 Teaching Aquatics qualifications. Once qualified, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours and be part of a team delivering our first-class swimming programme.

As a Swim Teacher, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers. You will also need to be willing to gain the Level 1 or 2 swim teaching qualification and have an Enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
