We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Swim Teacher. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering our first-class swimming programme, teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities to develop water confidence, water skills, and improve their swimming techniques.

About the Role

  • Teach swimming lessons to children and adults, following established programmes and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing feedback on their child's progress and development
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our swimming programme, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions

Requirements

  • Level 1 or 2 Swim Teaching qualification (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
