Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 basic per annum. OTE up to £32,000 (uncapped)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday mornings on rota basis (paid as overtime)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Ford Leeds. As a specialist in Commercial Vehicles, you will work closely with our aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories
  • Liaising with the aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the repair process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary

Requirements:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will be able to work independently using your own initiative and have a real enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
